I don’t often write reviews but I highly recommend Cynthia. Over many years I’ve bought and sold a few properties and she is amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole process and always responds to my questions very quickly. Most recently she helped me with selling my rental Townhome in Henderson and she made some really helpful suggestions and recommendations that enabled me to get a higher selling price. Cynthia was amazing in helping my mom sell her home in Henderson! She is very in sync with the market and suggested several improvements that would help with the sale of the house. We trusted her completely and she did all the hard work of finding people and scheduling them to make them improvements. This was so valuable because my mom had already moved to California (So we were not there to help with anything). The improvements paid off and the home sold fairly quickly at a price we were happy with. Cynthia is very professional, communicative, hard-working, and easy to work with. We are very thankful we chose her to sell the house and highly recommend her!

Since the first meeting with Ms. Cynthia Cartwright, I was impressed. Her organization, knowledge and reconstruction suggestions were impressive to say the least.
