MEET CYNTHIA CARTWRIGHT
As a full-time Realtor in the Las Vegas Valley since 2002, and an Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and Relocation Expert, I bring a thoughtful, personalized approach backed by extensive local market knowledge.
For me, real estate is about understanding each client’s unique goals and guiding them through the process with clarity and care. Every client and every transaction is different, and I serve as a trusted advisor, taking the time to listen, communicate consistently, and provide a seamless experience from start to finish. Many of my clients return, refer friends and family, and often become friends themselves over the years. I remain a resource long after the closing, providing ongoing support, resources, and trusted recommendations whenever they’re needed.
My passion doesn't stop at real estate; I'm also an animal rescue advocate. In my free time, I volunteer as a Rescue Intake Coordinator and serve on the Board of Directors for Las Vegas Labrador Rescue, a local non-profit dog rescue group.
MEET KERRI RICHARDS
Nice to meet you! I’m Kerri Richards, and I love being a Realtor®. I started practicing real estate over 20 years ago when I moved to Las Vegas from the East Bay. Although I’ve spent my adult years in West Coast cities like Seattle and San Francisco, I’m an Iowa girl at heart. I bring those Midwestern values to my work: hard work, ethics, and integrity.
I’ve established roots in the desert: my son attends the historic Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts in the city center. I’ve also made friendships here, especially at UNLV Boyd Law School, where I’m working on my Juris Doctor. During my free time, I enjoy taking dance or barre classes at Lifetime Athletic, my happy place! I met my husband here, too. We live in Green Valley with our two Blue Picardy Spaniels, Ozzy and Bowie.
Each of my clients has their own unique story. I love getting to know my clients, and they often become like extended family…people who I look out for.
